This reminds me more than a little of the tone of simple games from the 80s. Keep going with this tack please, you are definitely on the innovative trail.
Graal is a commercial collaborative MMO written in Java, that is also based off of Zelda, but the graphics have all come from there. Basically, just ripped the /graphics folder, and used it for source material.
Um, ok, firstly, this er 'game', can I even call it a game, is designed for 3-5 year olds. Why then, is it on a site with an audience of 13+ only? Secondly, whilst you have no less functionality than most dress-up games, um, what is the point of this? Assuming that it is for a mother and daughter preschool moment, it lacks even the ability to save, or print the result.
Um, yes, well. Um, are you a graphical plugin designer, by any chance? You seem to have written something here, designed to be part of a graphic design program.
Given the generally low quality of games by the person creating it, this one scores quite highly. Its a shame the interface uses no intelligence whatsoever, and happily supplies hideous combinations, with no thought whatsoever - bare bones database pull. The choices are far too limited, as well. If you are going to design one of these games, give us smething to work with - five or six hundred outfits, not 15.
Well, igirlgames have put more effort into this one than usual, which is a definite improvement for them. Saying that, there's not a lot here, beyond the interface. Its' aimed at 5-7 year olds would be my guess, and why its on Kong is anybody's guess.
I would be too embarrassed to sit in most of these combinations. Plus, not every item once applied, can be de-applied. The bonnets are particularly bad for this (for Americans: hood).
