If you want to be useful then send your criticism to Nonoba, who CLEARLY wrote the lobby (obvious due to their logo being all over it). BTW, if you take a look at the front page of that site you'll see why I used their stuff.
You could even prove yourself to actually know what you're talking about by suggesting how to do it better, instead of spouting words you've gleaned from a book like some sort of programming hero.
Nobody is impressed by somebody acting the hard man on an internet games site of all things! You really need to back up their childish mouth of yours with something that people can actually respect, because as it stands you come across like a weak cross between Maddox and every 4chan child on the Internet.
F-ing hell Boneless, if you had any idea how software is made or if you could even be bothered to READ WHAT I'VE WRITTEN IN THE GAME DESCRIPTION you would see that I didn't write the damned game lobby stuff.
If you're really a 33 year old man using use phrases such as "network noob" and "epic fail" you should be f-ing ashamed of yourself. You sound like I did when I was 15.
Oh no, a 14 year old vigilante is after me! You can report and accuse all you like, but I'm afraid you're only going to make yourself look more foolish.
You're a damned idiot kabob. Listen - my game uses the Nonoba API for multiplayer connectivity. The lobby issue is in that API, a piece of software that is provided by Nonoba to create multiplayer games. I did not write that code and I cannot change that code. Do you see?
Choas275: Thanks for all of that, but I won't deny that this isn't essentially DTD with multiplayer. DTD was originally heavily credited but nobody seemed to notice and nobody clicked through to their site through my link so I removed that notice.
Savaj: You can simulte the game by cycling through each enemy type for each level. Once you get through them all, increase the level number.
Regarding lobby/entering game difficulties, I'm afraid that's down to the Nonoba multiplayer kit and I can't adjust the way it works.
The game is clearly heavily DTD inspired Sweeper (for crying out loud, I advertise that game on every screen of this game) but it's absolutely a different multiplayer game to the MDTD, which I didn't like the style of so much. Okay?
It is a nice puzzle game. I wanted to do something similar to this, but couldn't come up with a simple idea that works - such as this.
People going on about "it needs conditionals" and "you wouldn't do this in a real program" - yes, well done, you've been to Mrs. Miggin's "Programming For Children" class. We're all very impresed. However, this is a game, and it needs to be intuitive and fun.
If you can't see the inherent complexity and beauty in simple schemes, your keyboard should have its {}#() keys removed.
