Epic game! Love the music, the sound effects and the overall feel of this game. Has a great twist to other games like it [Epic war etc.] Little repetitive but still fun! 5/5.
★★★. Gameplay: Pretty fun, gets boring after a short period of time though. Graphics: Nice graphics, could be lots better. Sounds: Love the killed/hit enemy sound effects. Controls: For me pressing "Shift" to shoot the bomb was a little awkward, requiring me to take my eyes off the game. Improvements: Change the ship color and the bullets color, It probably is my crappy monitor. But I have a very hard time seeing them. I would also make the power-ups last longer. I mean come on when you acquire the shield it is down to a third left, and is gone in about two seconds.
★★★★. Gameplay: Brilliant gameplay, pretty fun. Graphics: Very nice, although the character gets cut in half by a basketball? The "hit" animations are bad, would have been nicer if he got smashed or something. Sounds: The music is intense, the sound effects go perfect with the deaths. Controls: Nice and simple controls. Addictiveness: If this got badges, I would definitely come back and play it over again. Probably will not if it doesn't.
★★★★. Gameplay: Fun, quick, entertaining game. The simple fact you're a shark killing people and taking down planes is epic. Graphics: Perfect, complements the game very well. You have a very nice artist on your hands. Sounds: Just as awesome as the game. They too complement the game, perfectly. Controls: Simple, love that you can use the CTRL instead of the "A" button. Addictiveness: I could play this game, over and over, and over. My only negative comment is the simple fact it doesn't have an API implemented which denies it the chance to attain badges.
★★★★★. Gameplay: What can I hate about this game? Gameplay is so solid, featuring hundreds of missions! That alone makes the game epic. Graphics: Excellent style of graphics, flow greatly with the style of gameplay. Sounds: The loading screen music is a bit annoying, but that's what a mute button is for. The sound effects are absolutely perfect for the style of this game. Controls: Very simple. Down to the point. Addictiveness: Get's boring after, awhile only because you're in the same map for so long. But you can just play co-op, which makes it a little less boring. I'll be buying lots of Brass, when I get some Kreds.
★★★★★. Gameplay: Love it, never seen a game like this before, smooth and the graphics match perfectly with the gameplay. Graphics: I normally will love anything that is 8-bit and/or pixel graphics. Being a landscaper, this is truly one of the best games I've played with this style of graphics. Sounds: Music is just as epic. The sound effects seem to flow right in with this style of game. Controls: Perfect for a game like this! Addictiveness: I could play this game for hours, very great game!
Gameplay: A little dry. Way to short, don't like the concept that you only get 10 seconds to play, even if you can freeze and slow time. Graphics: The graphics are really nice! They compliment the sound perfectly. Audio: Love the sounds, seem to fit very will with the nature of the game. Controls: I love them, also like the fact that you can switch from using the WASD keys to using the arrow keys. The Verdict: 4/5. I would change the you only have ten seconds to live, to maybe 15+ seconds. :)
GAMEPLAY: Gameplay is a little boring. Get's very repetitive after a while. Needs to be more intense in my opinion. -1
GRAPHICS: Gotta love the 8-bit graphics, I personally love anything that has pixel graphics in it. I also love how you can throw cheeseburgers at the enemies. The enemies themselves are also very entertaining. +3 CONTROLS: Like any other game, but it has a mute button so, +1.
ADDICTIVENESS: It is addicting for about the first 6 levels, then it starts to get repetitive and boring to play. -1
THE VERDICT: Rad Chef: 2/5. I don't think I will be playing this game again. Unless it get's badges.
Why do you make games like these? Yes they could be fun, no they didn't take you but ten minutes to make. No it isn't the hardest game in the World. You can just press TAB to win. You spelled Presents wrong on your preloader. 2/5.
Cute game, awesome graphics. Like where this game WAS going, but in the end you kill the little booger. OH THE HUMANITY! Anyways, you could have build this game to be a lot more in depth and a hell of a lot better. Only played it once so I do not know if you can actually pet it but it was sad when the poor chick died. :[ 3/5.
Absolutely awesome! I love pixel games like these. This one in particular blew my mind, it is unique, and it is quiet awesome. I love the aspect that you have to tap to move [not hold the > button]. I also love that you can change the background color by collecting "coins". You must implement the API so this has a running to get badges!! 5/5.
It actually isn't that bad of a game. I was surprised that the animations were as good as they were. But you need to turn down the FPS [Frames Per Second]. You also should have taken more time on it and made it more in depth. I also don't like that you can click and automatically have all the chapters unlocked, you should have them unlocked as you go throughout the game. 2/5.
Really great concept, have never seen it done like this before, but the graphics are terrible. Their isn't music nor sound. This can be done a hell of a lot better if you put more time into it. 2/5.
@zin to make a Dynamic Text Box, first select the "T" button on the very right pane [CS4], then go to the setting [where you change the color etc..] and in a drop down menu you can change it from Static, Dynamic, Input. As for this game, I like the concept of not putting the actionscript in the tutorial but putting it on a file sharing site. I made a clock just for fun, 3/5.
Nico, this really is not a game. You got a tutorial on making a character move, adjusted the actionscript and put a car instead of a character and called it a racing game. The title is very deceiving as I thought it was gonna be a good racing game but it turns out to be a 1 frame drive your car in circles "Road Race". 1/5.
