Thanks for all the kind words and feedback, everyone! I'm currently fixing the bugs you've mentioned here in the comments so expect an update in the near future.
The game is too random. Sometimes pills simply won't appear, sometimes 3 death dice will appear at once, etc. You're just as likely to die at 400 points as 2000 points.
I had the black screen issue today too, but it should be fixed now. Make sure your flash player is somewhat up to date, you can right click the game and go to About to see what version you have. The game works for me with 9.0.124, or flash player 10. If it still doesn't work, please send a bug report with your flash player version and what browser you use.
The controls do not give enough precision, so sometimes the sway makes it so you can't put the block where you want. This is possibly the most frustrating thing in all the world.
