This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. Description
Giggle your way to victory in this hilariously fun battle as you collect and defend stockpiles of… scoops! Begin with adorable pets, who will provide you with piles of scoops. The scoops are your currency, and the more you have, the more things you can buy! Use your scoops to buy more animals, or get defenses to protect your investment from evil, scoop-stealing monsters (called Scoopadoops)! The Scoopadoops will try anything to steal your scoops, and with each invasion they develop more challenging tactics to use against you. Be careful not to run out of scoops! Stay ahead of the Scoopadoops with each battle and victory can be yours!

I don't know what you exactly mean by "prices reset" because they didn't after I once lost. Fun game, but gets very hard after round 10.
