Description
RUNTRIS is a Jump'n'Tetris game. There is this strange force that is trying to kick you from your beloved grassy platform, so you have to build blocks to avoid falling down.
The force does not like that and sends you weird powerups (well, more like powerdowns...) every 10 seconds that will make it harder for you to survive. Try not to fall down for as long as you can and beat the other people's highscore.
How to Play
WASD or Arrow Keys to move, Space to Jump, Click to build, Right click to rotate

Game doesn't load. All I see is a white mute button in the top-left corner on a black canvas. (Firefox 23)
Works fine over here (Ubuntu 13.04, Firefox 23) - what platform are you on?

O, and could you perhaps not refresh the blocks when a new power-up is added? It's really annoying when you want to place a block and just before you click it suddenly is different, you miss it and you fall to a painful yet quick death. :D

It could be a good Game. The Conzept is funny and new.
But its way to hard: as an beginner you are falling in the first 40 meters...about 20 times. I would change that obstacles like the "dead-plattforms" or speed-upgrade occure later, so that you have a chance to learn the game before "boo!ed out" (btw. its never good to insult players who lost tha game)

I found that playing with the friend who uses the mouse to build blocks makes the game easier...
also slower speed would be nice...juuust a bit slower though, not to make things too easy

This is a very unique and beautiful game, the presentation is very suitable. My only concern here is the learning curve and Iskijos point about the boo-screen. The please don't tell anyone is a nice joke, but the 'boo' is too ofsetting to properly enjoy it. As for the learning curve, the starting speed was quite fast which made the start and figuring out how to place blocks quite difficult even after reading the instructions. Maybe you could start with some kind of introductory run which starts slower and after some practice introduces the several powerups slowly. Also, could you perhaps make the breakable blocks survive for a little longer? Needs some tweaking but for now 3.5/5
Thanks a lot for your constructive comment! You know, I think games nowadays are way too easy to master, so I made this game very (maybe too) difficult. I'm thinking about turning the tutorial into a real level which stops from time to time to explain the game, maybe that would help? :)
