Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. Description
You suddenly wake up to find yourself surrounded by crumbling walls and broken floors. You're in an abandoned hospital, and you've mysteriously become one of the legion of the undead! Escape the hospital and your crazy captors by infecting them with your curse. Will you be able to last long enough to start the zombie apocalypse?
How to Play
Use the arrow keys to move and "E" to open and close doors. Run into enemies to infect them!
