How to beat the Stage Six Boss! Upvote to keep it in the comments!
The only way to put the boss into recovery mode is to his him with the third hid of your combo. Ideally, you use the first strike to close distance, and hit him with the second, to make him stagger, before sending him into recovery mode with the third. The first time, immediately release your power attack or else you'll miss the window. After that, you want to charge your power attack for as long as possible (till timer is at about 20 seconds) before releasing it for maximum damage.
Ideally, you want to sit out of the range of his follow up attacks after his spin attack, then dash in and use the above combo as many times as possible in quick succession to prevent him from spinning again. Usually you can get your first combo in before he spins his sword if you're lucky.

I really enjoy the Dsun games, they go from totally psicodelic to sublimely artistic. The storyline in Armed with Wings is just exellent. I usually replay the whole saga from time to time.
