Im saddened that I only have 2 comments, but in a few days im going to update this tutorial add some graphics so its not as much as a read. I'm also planing on making a few short tutorials that include more flash "tools" functions for people to use.
Anyways thanks UnknowGuardian for the 5/5 hope you can use what you learned in something.

Thanks, I learned AS2 about a year before I learned AS3. But, when I got into AS3 it came fast. Declaring instance and event listeners are the two major changes between the two.
