You have no back button.. On one frame some of the lines of code overlap so you can't read them.. The text is small and the color contrast with the background isn't very good.. And you're calling the person playing the game stupid in the title? -.-"

It's AS1. Both AS1 and AS2 compile to virtual machine VM1 thus you can cod AS1 in an AS2 doc. Also, it is just as easier fr new developers to understand how to write AS1 without using scripts attached to movieclips. This is bad practice for a number of reason and often leads to confusion later on as the scripts are potentially located all over the place instead of being consolidated to a single frame or external file.

This game will teach you how to use a very old version of actionscript as well as bad and deprecated coding techniques. Surely, if you are wanting to teach people then at least teach them using up to date technologies.
