Paano Maglaro
Bumili ng ENFORCEMENT para pataasin ang PACIFICATION at makakuha ng INCOME. Bumili ng LEGISLATIONS gamit ang FEAR at MONEY para ma-unlock ang mas marami pang ENFORCEMENT at OPERATIONS. Patakbuhin ang OPERATIONS para makakuha ng FEAR at INCOME. Binabawasan ng FEAR ang PACIFICATION.
