Apparently my reload assistant is a cat.

you should be able to switch while reloading, even if it restarted the reload progress, its very frustrating to accidentally trigger a reload, then have to wait for it to happen, especially when you have someone with you to reload.

I agree that the auto-reload thing can be a bit tedious— rather than being able to switch while reloading, however, it might just be enough to add the option to enable/disable auto-reload. That way, when you have a personal assistant, you can turn it off, and when you don't, you can just put it back on. And it might be nice to add some chance of just randomly encountering survivors (with percent chance increasing inversely with the amount of survivors you already have). That'd fix the problem people seem to run into where if your survivors die early on, you end up pretty overwhelmed pretty quickly, and without any chance of other weapons. I just feel that the way it is now— having to risk survivors to find survivors— has too much potential for disaster. Otherwise, I loved it!

if someone has a 3 search, they should have a higher chance of searching undetected instead of someone with a 1 or 2 search
otherwise I enjoy the game

Because of the how much morale goes down when a survivor dies, and how LITTLE you get back when the search party finds damn near anything, it's very easy to lose ALL your survivors with no chance of surviving many more days.
Developers: Allow morale to be boosted after a good shooting day. Add skill back into the equation - tie headshots to a morale boost, so survivors are more effective overall.
