Contrary to what some people have posted here, you DO NOT need to find all the PIPs to get the game completion badge, you ONLY need to finish the story ...

Complete PIP list taken from the forums:
1. - Search the plant in the office.
2. - Search the bin in the office.
3. - Search the toolbox three times.
4. - Use the hammer with the lamp above the barn.
5. - Use the hammer with your robot.
6. - After talking the plank (Gary) off the barn search the hole.
7. - Use flashlight with robot.
