2 = Open mouth
1 = Close mouth
W = Look up & down
Q = Look left & right
A = Move arm up & down
Z = Open & close hand (when arm is up)
S = Turn left & right

seems like the first step to a make-your-own-movie program, the puzzle lies in figuring out how you want the character(s) to move.
