遊び方
ENFORCEMENT（執行）を購入してPACIFICATION（鎮圧）を上げ、INCOME（収入）を得ましょう。FEAR（恐怖）とMONEY（資金）でLEGISLATIONS（法案）を購入し、さらに多くのENFORCEMENTやOPERATIONS（作戦）をアンロック。OPERATIONSを実行してFEARとINCOMEを獲得。FEARはPACIFICATIONを減少させます。
