Rapidly alternate between Left Ctrl and Right Ctrl! Don't wait around!!
R restarts the game.
M toggles the music, but it's pretty awesome so don't.

I just want to point out that bacon and salt pork are not the same thing. Bacon is cured and smoked, while salt pork is only cured.
