Make this young couple to kiss passionately without getting caught by others as otherwise you will lose a life. Just make them kiss watchfully to fill the kissing loader within specified time duration in each level.

Very basic game that isn't very challenging. As for judging the game, this it is listed under the category "Under Judgment" for people to actually judge and decide if they like it or not.
