Comparing it somewhat to Outpost: Haven, this is more or less an upgrade from the first one. The graphics overall seem improved, though I could not tell you WHAT was improved (which is a good thing); the inclusion of a second person (in Swarm) means that you don't get completely overrun; they don't throw the default, tough enemies at you right away; more maps (and maps for the maps); a better shop interface; and a few other things I can't think of all while typing this. One thing to note are the Challenges. I'm extremely happy that Swarm only has one set of challenges, instead of one for story and one for Swarm mode. Now I realize Swarm does not have a story mode like Haven does, but in my opinion having so many challenges in Haven is ridiculous. You should have increased the requirements for each challenge, but made it general, not mode specific.

Just to clarify, this isn't a direct sequel to Outpost:Haven, it's just a spin off from the Swarm mode in that game.

In defence of the whole "Insecticides" thing, I'm sure it was just a typo on Miniclips behalf, it's not something we've ever called the aliens ( We've only really referred to them as the "Owl men" ) but then we didn't supply them with any copy for posting here. Thanks everyone for pointing it out.
