Actually ,I've done this timer for myself, but if you like it, i can improve it... It has 3 options: 1) By the exact time(like by 12h11m10s) 2)Exact time(like in 1m) 3)In games - when any resourse will be available

Guys this in in the tutorial games area so it is not a game its a tutorial. Yeah? Kongregate does tutorials and games for the people who wnt to make games obviously unlike you guys :).
