well, show a 5 page long option for way1 and a single page code to paste on first frame as way 2, why did i read way 1 again? (AS2)

What you should do is first send an email to the owner of FlashGameVault at [email protected] (I looked his email up at register.com). And then also send an email to his webhost http://www.bluehost.com/contact_us.html at [email protected] and inform them that FlashGameVault is in violation of their own TermsOfService articles 9.06 and 10. They're required by law to terminate his account if such a violation occurs.

Just trow some ads in your game and let it run free. If you really want to site lock just do it for extra content.
