Good I can't start making the game all fancy shmancy unless i know other people think the controls are responsive I'm going to be updating it every day for the next few weeks, each time more aesthetically appealing and better game play.

Some more things to look at: Jump animations, moving left and right (him looking in different directions) and him standing still while he isn't moving. These are pretty simple fixes in Stencyl. Also, is the space key going to have another use? Because if not I would like that as an alternate jump key but whatever you want to do, just suggestions :)

Wow, this update is such a big difference and such a better game. I just don't like it when people post it before it even has a purpose. But keep on updating and this may be a favorite!
thanks the motivation really helps, i only put it up at such an early stage so that i would know the controls are tight, the game is built based on the controls, i want to know that it works before i work on the levels.

I can move and jump just fine. Other than that . . . pointless. Good start on the basics, I guess.
