On today's news: A scientist with mysterious psychokinetic powers and apparent inability to move in any direction but straight forward has gone on rampage. He has among things wrecked numerous crates, stolen a car and an airplane, caused a fuel leakage, caused destruction with various inexplicable scientific gadgets that happened to be littered in the landscape, damaged a whale research vessel and finally entered the rocket engine research lab via explosives where he hijacked the transport truck meant to relocate the rocket engine. His victims include a young girl who was charred black after the scientist, according to a witness, called down an airstrike on her. The scientist is still on the run, local authorities warn that should you meet a balding man in his mid 60s with psychokinetic powers and apparent inability to jump or walk in any other direction than straight forward, to contact the police immediately and remove yourself from his vincinity.

So... in finding an engine for his rocket, the scientist; stole 2 cars, stole a plane, hand grenaded a building, bombed a poor girl AND stole the rocket engine.
Sounds fair to me I guess.

It was cute and fun at first...
...But the scientist's madness slowly grew. He was getting more and more determined in his search for the rocket engine, and he would stop at NOTHING to get it. Even after calling in a bombing run right on top of a little girl and stealing a boat, he felt no remorse.
