Update: 3/26/2015 - Another attempt to fix the bug where gold amounts over 2 billion roll back to negative numbers. Thank you for your patience.
Update: 3/25/2015 - Fixed two bugs wherein attack speeds lower than 0.28 seconds would cause the game to freeze, and where gold in excess of about 2 billion would turn into a negative number. Also, added options for selling 10, 50 or All Diamonds. Thanks for playing :).
Your miner swings automatically when his Swing Meter fills up. Each swing gains you mining experience and gold. Use the gold to buy upgrades to advance farther into the cavern. The farming toggle, which by default is turned off and shows as a pickaxe on a blue circle, can be used to stop progression if the levels are too difficult. Detailed information is available by clicking the Info button on the right-hand side of the screen.
