Delete your browser cache – and make you you’re seeing ‘K4’ or ‘V4’ on the bottom left of the title page.

The bullets should really be darker. Right now, white on blue, they're kind of hard to see.

Level 11 (boss 2) can be easily farmed. I got over $80000 and 3000 bullets from farming him. Drops bullets in increments of 50 and money in increments of $500. Drops something every time they turn around. Jumping over and away from them is just about all you need to do. Just a really easy way to make this game really easy.
