The perks that add a chance to replenish charges seem rather... lackluster for the amount of investment you need to put into them in order to increase the chances it would happen.

stoped working at lvl 73 dungeon. wont let me progress anymore

Level 73 is a current level cap for the Dungeon. I am currently working on extending the end game.

You need more talent points. There's no reason to have MAX in most of them, so they should increase perpetually.
