I'm on day 132 or so. NOWHERE NEAR maxing out the first hull , or most of the parts.
You need too much power to maintain decent speed, which is killed by the thermal damage, which you NEED Thermal defense for which is also another investment.
I'm disgusted at this point. Fruitless little nips , about 1:15 to get 10K resources to upgrade ONE thing ONCE ..if I have the plasma for it (for which I need to run the nonsense red planet).
*Le sigh*

BONUS : As others point out, some achevements are IMPOSSIBLE. Material blocks on red planes is one of them.
(For the get a powerful without fuel one, just boost right as it stops for a TINY and frankly worthless boost. Pure luck based)
Dear Dev : Your game has care and love put into it. Things to do and it's clear that you are out to make it fun. DoN't be surprised that people can still appreciate fun games! Keep up the good work.

Miner Knight LV 4, other guy LV 2 - basically do quests, go to boss. My knight got 2 shot before I could heal , came back at 50% hp, couldn't heal, he died. Thaaaat feels like bullshit :-P

Additionally, if the dev refuses to fix his fake difficulty nonsense - that's fine too. You can all just use Cheat Engine to slow the game down to dodge easily, or give yourselves infinite HP and beat it that way. If the game is cheap, you have a license to be, too!

Atropos is NOT hard. It is *CHEAP*. The only "difficulty" you've managed to put in the game is FAKE difficulty. Congratulations for that - now fix it.
Idea : Turn the useless "random upgrade" power into this :
(Permanent upgrade) Tractor beam : For each 50 missed resources, 1 counts as caught.
Upgradable, each upgrade decreases X required for 1 valid capture. IE Level 2 would be 49 missed, LV 3 38 and so forth. Maximum of 40-45 upgrade levels? Haven't thought that far ahead.
Suggestion : Make "missed" resources still count, but only if the game is open - and be worth 10%, 25% or 50% of a "collected" resource. That way the more impossible, and frankly absurd collection bonuses can be attained before my grandfather dies :-P.

It works fine, sure , but it basically uses an already existing idea and makes it more annoying..
I came here expecting another awful cash-grab "MMORPG" .
But - and I am a HUGE, cynical a-hole - this game is fun. Genuinely fun. No energy limitations, optional premium currency, lots of rewards, well thought out battle system.
Play this, the dev is *not* a scumbag, the game is fun, and he should be rewarded for all of these things.

Insane , LV 15. Stupid bird is invincible to anything but the once-every-15 second rock that shows up that you can't always lure it into without taking damage, and you are going to get 2-5 shot, while it needs 8-10 , if not more occasions to kill itself on it. Glitch, or bad design? You choose. Not amused at this level :-\.
