Remember, once you have all for the launcher and one of the up-boosts, press "UP" as soon as you go 0mph at the top. You'll win that way.

Black samurai at Echigo are the best in the game. Practically never die. They cost 5k each, and 10 of them can take every city alone. So, 50k on them, and you are done. Though, I bought about 50 myself...
