A good tip: Always have an AT gun. If you want to have few defenses and rely on reinforcements, Fully upgrade your defense turrets. Its the only way to keep an MG a full round in the open. Make sure you mix up your reinforcements too, Like A light tank And a heavy tank with some troop carriers. Never underestimate those little soldiers, either. They provide good AT cover for your tanks and the enemy tanks, so if your tanks are up against other tanks and soldiers make sure those soldiers of yours are in there too. So.. hope that helps :)
The best way to win is to get 2+ M26 Tanks and 2+ Shermans behind your lines by controlling them. They just sit there and they aren't even taking any hits.
