I like reading that whining about how hard this game is.
In my opinion, it is good enough.
And the unability to re-play provinces and gain upgrades from lost rounds makes players to thing other that stupidly gain lots of xp and pass the game.

You've made a huge improvement after the first part - now the interface looks rogue-like.
