Actually, 2048's easier to understand and has better graphic design.

You need to break two vertical pieces of glass without breaking horizontal one. Doable

Accomplished with two tesla shots (need tesla gun reward achievement and max length and tracer upgrade): aim at the center of the acid glass, killing two in upper-left corner and activating both switches, the last guard can be killed aiming just above the top-left corner of the central construction

Do not try to accomplish all the missions with first try. Most of them require upgrades. To earn more money and get some nice tricks try to complete achivements - they are easier. Also you are earning money relpaying levels

Ah it's a shame you didn't like it! I found that treasure was a nice incentive over pure numbers. Each to their own tho
