If we do our job right, nothing :) We aren't intending on resetting people (that is still subject to change but very unlikely), and we have designed the features to be relevant no matter where you are in the experience.
That is a great game so far! I look forward to see the further development. But please don't make any kind of 'resets' as all other idle games do! Nothing like starting from the scratch with a little bonus makes idle games boring..
