It'd be cool to see the buildings upgrade visually as you purchase upgrades for them. As it stands they don't really feel impressive or even fit the pictures that represent them.
Why do gold tokens seem so much easier to obtain than azure tokens when gold seem to be more valuable? And why can't you convert the gold ones to azure when you can convert azure to gold? It would make things so much better.
