My PC is win8 and I use Chrome, it works fine on my screen. If it isn't cause by the previous situation, maybe it doesn't complete its loading, try to refresh and see if it's fixed.

I have figured this out about life /the game it is bad to not follow commands at all you will grow up a criminal. It is also bad to follow commands totally you will grow up a slave. So you need to balance out your life decisions of following commands and not following them
