"The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings."
Right click to open the menu thing doesn't seem to have been disabled. Right clicking for me tends to send me running into a corner until I die, about five seconds later.
Fun so far, but get rid of the zoom thing when you're in a locked room. The sudden change is a bit distracting, and I'd much prefer to keep tabs on the rest of the enemies.
I'm sorry, but I can't understand how this sort of thing keeps happening. For the love of god, we do *not* want an energy system. If you limit the time I can spend on your game, I will one star it. The end. Ffs, why is this still a thing? Why do I still have to type this? Jesus Christ, are you completely blind? No one likes this. No one. Get rid of it, and find some other way to squeeze kreds out of us. I apologize for being so uncouth, but come on. How many times do we have to say that we're bloody sick of this nonsense?
What an interesting concept. In this game, we play the dev, watching ourselves sit in front of screens, mindlessly clicking away. The gold coin popping up is like us deciding "screw it, I'll spend kreds," which is really what the dev is after. 2/5 for sheer awfulness, but I'll give you a few metapoints.
Hey calarooni, can you tell me what graphics options you were running in the game (shadows, silhouettes, etc.)? We've run into huge performance hits with some of the higher graphics options and have disabled them until we can find better optimizations.
This game was clearly designed to get Notebook Wars in the mobile market. That said, this is an excellent first step, and I hope it succeeds. However, as a browser game it really leaves quite a bit to be desired, and the constant reminders (tap, finger, dedicated special attack button in the gui, etc) that it was intended for mobiles/tablets somewhat makes me feel like little effort was made to even half-heartedly attempt to optimize it for PC. Perhaps more time could be spent adding new ships, weapons, features, etc.
Decent mobile game, subpar pc game.
I really wanted to enjoy this game, as I'm quite a fan of your previous titles. Unfortunately, it seems that you've gone in the wrong direction. We don't want linear, limiting upgrade paths, and (to borrow from CodeGuy), flying an office building through space is not fun. Your graphics, however, are very nice!
Great start! Make sure to fix the ammo thing (being able to fire with 0 ammo/having negative ammo)
Power ups, bonuses, etc needed, and great job for adding a pause/mute button!
lol shift+click is new window, which is probably worse than new tab. Thanks for the change, though! try alt+click. I don't think that's a shortcut for anything.
We've worked on all of these things, give it another shot!
