i found a glitch with will-o-wisp and potion of cleansing it targets will-o-wisp and removes nothing

i found a glich heros with the drain can increas there hp past there maxumam hp. for findig the gich can i have a red welp
hi cat_ninja, I don't think this is a bug - we buffed Clom a week ago or so to allow him to do this (which makes him quite unique from other heroes)
