I really like this game. I has a huge amount of potential. There are still some things to fix. At this point the continue is still worthless to me. I lose everything and there's no way to even finish the level I'm on. Past that, sometimes the big round bombs with the pink circles in the center move from the ground to the upper left hand corner of the screen randomly. Other times the enemies that are moving down the screen will skip 5-10 rows at the beginning of the level. I think that's all of the bugs I've found so far.
This game is fun. It's too easy, that's true. Honestly one machine gun (even on level 7), fully upgraded is enough. Past that, I'm confused as to the kill bonus. Sometimes it's 5K+ and other times it's 1K+ and there's only a slight placement change. And another thing, I'm probably alone on this, but wouldn't it be better to have an infinite limit on upper damage? Eventually it just becomes pointless to upgrade a gun for better damage when it's already a full bar. I guess range and fire rate are good too, but, I've found, not as good as damage when you consider all the skill points being upgraded by grinding.
This game is way more fun than I thought it would be when I started out. I got all the badges in a few hours and would still considering playing this again. Also, with the qualities (graphic and arena) set to low I ran into hardly any lag.
The game allows for en passant. Just move your pawn into position, wait for the double pawn first move, click on your piece and you should see the space behind the pawn you want to pass highlighted.
You know those times when you’re drinking at a bar and you look down at the drink in front of you and realize that if you have this one more drink you’re going to turn into an obnoxious pain in the ass? That drink, for this game, is level 36.
A new twist out of something old. I like the idea of that. In the end, however, this is a fancy-ish version of hangman. The creativity is there and I wish you good luck on future games.
This has a sort of potential to it. Very odd in its execution, clunky and nonresponsive, but there is potential in this. Maybe enemies, smoother controls, and better recognition of boundaries and platforms would help. A story of some kind wouldn't hurt.
I don't know if this is stolen or not, I never saw the original. I don't suppose that it's actually a game. What I am sure of is that this disturbs me on a many, many levels.
At first I got +67 for the course. After playing through 3 times, I got 7 under par for the course. The difficulty of this game is herculean at first, but with *GASP* practice it gets easier and less frustrating. Not only that but it gets to be more fun. The zooming function is a great addition. The physics for this game are fine. In fact, this game is similar to Gravitee in several ways and everyone complains about the physics in that game too. Yet people give that a 4 star rating and demolish this one. I would love for this game to have Kong’s API implemented and have this game get badges, despite the whining about it, and eventually see videos on youtube from people like MrRubix, Zantier, dazzer, and Ripperdoc about how this game is supposed to be played and how it can be made to sing, which it does once you get used to it.
I played long enough for it to get cool and it does eventually get really interesting. The problem I have is I always felt the controls were a little clunky. The attack isn't enough to be useful sometimes. Jumping on enemies is hit or miss in terms of effectiveness. All of these things that could be corrected and then this would be a great game.
I would great if this game were expanded for more than one level. Or for bonus stuff to come out randomly that would make santa run faster or get bigger arms or something.
I'm sure I'm alone in this, but I think this game is better than the line game and not nearly as frustrating. Having a health bar and a way to refill it is a great idea.
Why this game got more or less ignored on Kong I'll never understand. Just funny, creative and well put together. I would venture to say it's better than the Bloons TDs (which are also good), but everyone loves those a lot more that this. I just don't get it.
