We are aware that the new layout on Kongregate has made the game size a bit too small. We will pass along that feedback to Kongregate.
In the mean time, you can find your inventory under Navigation -> "My Stuff" if it's now hidden. You can also optionally decrease browser zoom % as a temporary solution. You can also try playing the game on full screen mode.
