When you start farming your team enters one by one, this can and usually is a death sentence for the first few that go in and end up solo against every enemy which immediately starts attacking before the others arrive. It'd be good if they all arrive at once.
If your level has to be temporarily reduced for playing a lower level map then can you also temporarily change gear? It is a massive hassle to unequip everything for lower level gear then re-equip all the stuff you had before. This is extra annoying if you plan on running multiple lower level maps with different level requirements.
Just so you know, only click damage or using skills (clicked or keyboard) cancels idle. Clicking to level up heroes, ungild heroes, buying/upgrading ancients, swapping between worlds, all will not cancel idle. Hope this helps
is the siyalatas buff additive or multiplicative? If it's additive then it doesn't make sense to add another level when it starts costing 3 hero souls since you lose 30% dps to gain 25% dps offline
For those having trouble with optimal trap positioning, the key is to have horn blowers every other column. In between I used fireball pipes but other damaging traps will also work. Save your upgrade points for the final cannon, I only bought the second one and no upgrades. In the end you have massive AOE damage that wipes out huge swathes of enemies.
Note to anyone who thought like me you can reload and use an ability for a second time, it doesn't stack! Especially if you energised it the first time, the second use will overwrite it wasting your energise.
Certain heroes scale better than others. Some heroes do not scale at all, in particularly Midas since all his skills boost gold drop not his dps so once you have all the skills, lvling him is basically a waste of gold compared with any other hero.
If you dont die you cant get to shop, highly inconvenient. Also, raven seems too op. Find somewhere to hide and go afk while raven kills entire room...
To those struggling to get dps up to kill bosses. Note that in the end, clicks will do wayyyyy more damage than dps due to energised super clicks which can be refreshed and used again. Add lucky strikes for nearly guaranteed crits with clickstorm and you will melt bosses that your dps won't come close to scratching.
Biggest problem with progression mode is that it will continue until you hit a boss you can't kill in the time limit and stay there hence if you forget to turn it off you will waste all your time hitting a boss you can't kill. It should on failure go down a stage and automatically swap to farming mode.
@deathmasacar188 clicking till chest works but there's a problem. It's pretty rare on the chest and you have to stop yourself clicking through it which is harder than it sounds when you've spent 30-40 secs clicking through monsters to get to the chest. Even then, the chest is worth like 12 monsters which you could have killed anyway in the time you were clicking. Did I mention the intense concentration needed to click as fast as possible but not too fast you cant stop yourself when a chest appears? All in all, not worth it.
Bug: On the same boss without clicking or changing my heroes or using cooldowns, one time I was able to kill it (just) and the immediate following attempt I would fail. My dps is the same and it's the same boss so how can I kill it one time and immediately fail the next?
Tip: If you die you suffer 50% xp loss. However, if you have 0 xp cos you just leveled, there is no penalty to death. So if you're facing a hard boss. Make sure you just leveled then just slog it out since you can just die and come back but any damage you do remains
