This game has way too many issues to be good. It´s designed to control each kind of unit separately - but there´s no way to do that! No way to group all speartons on 1, all archers on 2 etc. The mages and their spells are impossible to handle in battle. Everything´s way to complicated for this kind of gameplay. If you want us to use specific spells in specific situations, please give us the tool to do so! It´s like you have to cook eggs with a flamethrower. I´m sorry to say this as I was excited to see a sequel to my beloved "Stick Wars", but this deserves no more than a 2/5.
This game is far too easy and gets boring pretty soon. That´s a pity because it has great potential and nice gameplay. But I really can´t be bothered to earn all 28 achievements, because I would die of boredom first ... and that´s not the point, is it?
Well, not bad. Not good either. Too easy, too short, too few possibilities and the storytelling is ... well, just awful. Too much tongue in cheek can ruin anything. 3/5.
Okay, I was wrong - this is only a 3 - Maximum! "The Colloseum" is ridiculous. No more fun with all the construction failures. Wait, I guess I make it a 2, because it stole so much of my time in the beginning. Yep.
I dont care about the coin-stuff and the step forward, BUT I would really appreciate it, if my character would TURN when I tell him so immediately an not just after 4-5 desperate clicks. You designed this game fast and that´s good. But if the commands have such delays, that´s not good. Apart of that I, unlike the others here, like this game really very much! 4/5 from me.
Do you like McDonalds? Then you will love this game. Otherwise you will get bored very very quickly. 3 stars, not more. I don´t understand why this average piece of boredom got so many achievements.
Crikey, the first 20 minutes I was like: "Yawn", nice but not creepy. Then the pickaxe-situation scared the shit out of me. I literally shivered when I got out there ... a game that can do THAT (and do it twice) has earned its points ... BUT, sir, and that´s why you´re getting only 4 stars: apart from these awesome moments it´s a bit zany and gets frustrating too fast. I had to use the walkthrough twice and I wouldn´t have got the solution otherwise. 1st: The bone. I had the right idea but didn´t find the right spot to put it for ages. Make the G-Point a bit easier to find: Less darkness in the room or more active pixels! 2nd: The second key. Come on! I wandered through your creepy scenario until it got boring like Disneyland until i realised where I´m supposed to use that one.
I really like this game, just one thought: The "Assault position" task isn´t challenging at all. You can´t get hurt, you kill everyone, task complete. It´s fun in the beginning but gets annoying soon. If you give us the control of the tower, there should be some way you can "lose" or at least do not so good. Maybe a "time attack" - the faster you get them all, the more danger is reduced. Or: how many can you kill in 20 seconds? - the more, the less danger. Just a little thought - apart of that, I LOVE this game! Great atmosphere and the improvements make it so much better than the first one: Day and night, the weaponery, the attacks from outside, the jumping lizards (or whatever), the different bosses ... you rock!
Ah yeah...and the "let them pick up coins every freaking night" ... yaaaawn! I quit it after two nights and nothing bad happened. Why bother? You can´t go bancrupt anyway!
It gets sooooooo boring after a while and the achievements are just ridiculous...not ridiculous hard but ridiculous time-consuming. You´re just annoying your gamers.
