I doubt he'll be back... he's proclaiming it way too much to be able to come back, plus he was so high that coming back from that takes a huge boost of morale, still if he does come back...
It's fixed now... Ben was updating the system's database, jokingly caused by Caesar, trying to break the ceiling of kills... it so happened that it affected us by not letting us log on.
Best tactic for 4 seems to be to make your sword lock on to your shield, and make the latter dance near the dragon, just within the locking radius while making sure the sword is further away and making pot shots
Here's a tip for 4...
Keep a certain distance, as the "dragon" has a minimum range, so does your "sword". The problem arises, when the shield gets too close or too far from the dragon's lock and it will attack the sword.
