He is overprotective over the aliens, he did mention wanting to have as much allies as possible, even going so far as making multiple gangs (as The Kongregator) and making an army of EDs (as TK) of which was a bad move for him as they all suck in using it.
The only luck I see in this game is if the weapon damage goes to your favor (when you hit high number damage for certain weapons while they don't). Apart from that, it's all skill, weapon and ship.
Skill is the only thing that cannot be replaced, and the weapon and ship multiplies that.
Maybe the size should be smaller, but the pull is still the same as the regular black hole. It does remind me of the HL mod - rebound, if played via EMP weapons.
I really don't care much about impersonators, unless it is directly an attack to me (that includes backstabbing and false rumors). I got like 7-8 copycats for the last 2 1/2 months.
