I dont understand what needs to happen once you have bought a 3rd craftsman? i have tailor and blacksmith, yet i have bought the sourceres working area also from that chest, however when ive bought it, it has a picture of the other craftsman and then has 0/1000. what does this mean?

im stuck on lvl 7, how do u climp up the wall and be invisible at the same time? i cant get past the laser that has spikes next 2 it on the roof.
