I feel almost spoiled that there has been a small handful of developers that really get it and are putting games out over that last few months. The game complexly simple in it's design and goal, beautifully thought out and not overly presumptuous in expecting me to buy anything. A nice simple game that is easy to play and has great replay value. 5/5
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Bring back the Old UI. In 6 years you guys are the only game I have ever spent Kreds on but this touch screen mobile friendly version is just about unplayable to me. You had near perfection in your simplicity.
I am changing from 5 stars to 1 to reflect the game as it stands.
Budding game designers take notice. THIS is what you should aspire to. All the pretty graphics and art wont save a bad game but a great game can look like it was made 30 years ago and still be great because the idea is simple, original and fully complete. Bravo 5/5 one of the best / difficult games I have played on Kong.
@Moontrooper - It' an idle game. You are not meant to sit in front of it watching your numbers spin higher. Take a break and play something else then come back.
@Tigerton1996 - You are going to buy all the upgrades anyway right? Why waste time adding a marginally useful way to scroll a menu, I would rather see more content.
If I had 1 Angel Investor for every lazy gamer that doesn't bother to read the game updates that complained about the Paper Vs Oil price I could have 1000 Newspapers in about 36.7 seconds. READ THE UPDATES! For once we have a development team that actually responds to game issues.
I honestly can't blame them - I'd love to have the new Newspaper stuff in right this moment, but after our infamous First Update (shudder) we're going to take things a little more cautiously and QA friendly...
I still can't seem to get enough of this game. Anyway since you are so open to suggestions I would like to add one of my own. Add new managers for each venture that unlock at each milestone and tier the upgrades to the level of management you have.#1 Manager (lets you automate) #2 District Manager (doubles speed) #3 Corporate Supervisor (3 x profits) #4 CEO ( +2 % AI effectiveness).
Tip: Don't even try for the 500 Achievement unless you have at least 15 Billion Angel Investors. Even then it is going to take a decent amount of time to complete it. Work Oil t 500, Lemon to somewhere between 500-800 an everything else to 400. Let AI's build to 500,000 minimum and then reset. Keep doing this and you will be amazed at how fast the money rolls in. With everything at 400 with all the upgrades 500 Oil rig tick at 4 seconds so the money rolls in like mad.
There is positively no reason for a loan system. The key to making $$ is Angel Investors. Reset often. The last reset I did it took me 7.5 minutes to get back to 400 if each with all upgrades.
All upgrades- 500 Lemon & Oil. 400 of everything else. 9 minutes 42 seconds. 7.7 billion AI I love you! Cant wait to work this down to less than 5 minutes. 10 billion AI should do the trick.
#1 I don't understand why my 525th Oil rig costs less than my 401st Newspaper. #2 In a future update you should provide multiple managers for each and have the managers provide various bonus features, either speed or profits. Great game other than the price scaling that doesn't make sense 5/5 . PS love the angel investors, closing in on 4 billion.
@Niklas91 what formula it's pretty easy. Each 1 Angel = +2% investment. So if you have 50 Angels then you have +100% investment. 51 = 102% .... get it?
Also, not being able to stop the tutorial is a huge turn off. There is nothing new about the style of game and forcing me to click endlessly through a long tutorial does nothing more than make me want to close the bowser that much quicker.
