And since the game is buggy as hell and poorly balanced, here's a nice exploit to get through it faster: Equip four power capacitators, select the weapons you want (I used: Money Devourer, Doomsquarna, Fiery Sword and Plasma Spreader), then switch the Capacitators for something else. TADA, you're using more power than you can actually provide!
I love the combos in this game. Although the silliest one must be predator+excalibur. Go to the bottom right corner and afk. With Ares and carapace, you can even clear the game while not watching.
Not only is Ai and control horrible, but you also CAP the amount of bots I can own, making me sell and rebuy em whenever I want to try a different strategy? WHY?
Seems to be that the bug only occurs when you run six units. And then it's either upgrading the fifth unit, or placing a healer in it. As long as you avoid running six units, you should be fine. Keep this alive if it worked for you.
Experimented a bit with the Bug I've been encountering. Seems to happen whenever you have a team of six, and upgrade the fifth member first. The ffect seems to be the same as what Sir Richie encountered. The animations stop and the units just glide through the map.
After all that grinding, I'm not even treated to some sort of end-screen? Seriously, when did Ninjakiwi go from making good and fun games to being greedy gits? 1/5
You might want to remove the red baron's minions dropping gold. There's a safe spot where they can be farmed for endless gold. Going afk for ten mins means no more economy worries.
Tolrick, here's some tips that'll at least work at semi-high levels and carry you through the game: 1. Selling wild gems is always better than using them. 2. Auto-extend 3. chain/blood duals will win every map (except for one boss fight). Unlock them asap. 4. Placement and timing are very important. Tested this from lvl 50 up, dunno what level the strategy kicks in.
Kenaron, if you played the earlier CW games, you'll find gazillions of tutorials, and CW:User Space pretty much forces you to use every trick in the book, although it's still lots easier than a challenging CW:E map.
Having to play from beginning each time you die? Seriously? That's 80s gamedesign. it doesn't improve a game's replay value - it just makes it repetetive, and ultimately, boring.
I'd love to give constructive criticism, but I feel this game is just a massive troll. An "upgrade" that forces the soldier to shoot randomly in a circle instead of targeting?
Tagged with RPG and strategy... umm, I only played for 22 Levels, but I didn't see any choices to be made except what kind of fight I want to watch. I can't choose equipment, skills etc. If there's any interesting choices to be made later on, it's too bad a lot of players won't get to see them.
Ah. The cloud helps him up and down, but it is silent. But there will be another appearance near the end.
