When combining, you should be able to click anywhere on the screen to continue, not just the button. Letting the enter key work for both that and the combine button would also be good, or just right click for combine/OK/continue would be great if that's a thing you can implement.
There are too many seemingly random names for everything. If an upgrade automatically buys "augments", it should be able to link me to at least which tab those are in so I know what I'm buying without looking for several minutes while wondering if augments is a general term like upgrades.
You should find a way to show future accelerator boost costs, before prestiging. You should also make it more clear that you can't prestige during the diamond challenge.
It's too easy to accidentally click the multiplier info box on the bottom left corner when trying to pause/unpause. Clicking outside the box should close the window, instead of having to click ok.
What's the point of not automatically rolling when you can? Could you include the option to make it go faster? A nice feature would be to run automatically when you have no actual options, i.e. if all dice are one number or action. Keyboard shortcuts are your friend.
