In the battle "syncing" page, i always finish loading my bar to "awaiting handshake" but the computer just stays at "loading" ... WHY??? this happens every 2nd battle and is f...en annoying. also loads of other bugs. 1/5. fix ur game b4 charging kreds for it please. thanks.
On the last level when you beat it, it said "type POO during battle to deal insane damage", and i did it just out of curiosity, and now i am stuck doing 1000s of damage per bullet with any weapon i use. Should be able to turn this option off... (i've already clocked the game anyways, but if i want to replay some levels, the cheat takes away the fun...)
Basically what gets you to the end is the gold gun... and luck
What you do is shoot the cannon, and every 200k feet shoot the gold gun. This is what gets you further horizontally (usually another 200-250k).
Now, do not wait until you are near the ground before using nukes. Nukes do not get you further much, but is very good at keeping you up in the air. This is very important if you want to avoid all those bloody spike balloons/UFOs. So just keep nuking while you are in space. around 1mil feet, you will have 5 bullets left. now is where luck comes in and you need to find some bullets. If you do find bullets (you get 5), then you've basically won, as the 10 bullets will get you 2mil more feet. And keep the rocket booster as a backup. good luck! took me 10+ tries before i made it there without being impaled or abducted...
You will have lightning, big lazer, and energy homers by around level 20-25 if you picked up all the money prudently. This will last you to the end of the game. basically unleash the lightning, which will wipe out 90% enemies around you, use the big lazer to mop up the other 10%, and then keep firing energy homings as the other 2 weapons recharge, because the homings will fly around you when no enemies are present and act as a barrier for when they do spawn. They also have alot of damage, to take down turrets and bosses,and best of all, they autotarget enemies so all you have to focus on is dodging.
Buy arc spreader, then 4 homings. In the initial levels, focus on getting as much money as possible, because in this game you cannot repeat levels or farm gold - once a level is done, its done.
Afterwards, when you save up 100k, buy lightning; in my opinion the best weapon in the game, as it shoots in all directions, has very high firepower, and hits through enemies, and ditch the single shot weapon. Then save up 200k for big lazer. This also does splash damage and is good for clustered enemies. ditch the arc spreader. then save up 80k for energy homers, replace the 4homing with this.
