Fun game, but I encountered a bug that changed everything in my in-training inventory to the same random item. I also think the items that resurrect your monster say that they work "automatically," but you still need to use them for the effect to work. Lost a fight when I could have avoided it because of that.
Guys, you *can* make money as you idle. The money in your bank accrues 2% interest when the bar on the bank screen fills. This doesn't include money you make when you level.
I'd suggest you add some sort of bottom to the market for the variable prices. Having to wait for the market to change because everything but snails is stuck at zero is really irritating. It happens far too often.
Oh for come on, I missed a princess and I tried my damnedest to die and restart the level, but the health drops are so ridiculous I couldn't!
Your game may be just a bit too easy.
@unmediocre You didn't respond to Halfbeasty's actual comment at all. The game says that spells cost a percentage of base mana, while in actuality it's a percentage to total mana. This makes mana bonuses pointless. Either this is unintended and something you should make note of or it's intended and you should make this more clear.
@armorbomb Copyright does not work that way.
I can't help but notice the uploader doesn't match the watermark at the beginning of the game, though. Mind commenting on that?
Your game is getting low ratings because it's mediocre and half-finished. The fact that it doesn't actually work in some browsers is also a valid complaint, considering it's entirely your fault.
Fun game, and the interface is pretty cool. However, it was woefully short. I hope you explore the concept again, without placing restrictions on yourself about the time you have to develop it. A game like this needs a much more intensive writing process.
When this game first came out I was excited. Then I tried playing it, and the second I loaded it the game started screeching random sound clips at me along with incredible lag at the LOADING SCREEN. Obviously unplayable, but I assumed it had something to do with me running Linux.
Fast forward to today, when I attempt to play it on a brand new computer with Windows 7. Exact same results, all this time later. What kind of programmers do you guys have?
It's not my fault, it's Chrome's fault. Lots of games dont work in it lately.
