So much balancing needed. Went from wait 30 minute waits for anythingt. To click over 10 thousand times before idle is practical. 1 crit is as much as 1 second of idle for over 10 k clicks in and by then it's a 30% chance. Glad the pace is faster though.
leaving the game and coming back breaks the game, still had magnet, cursor disappeared, and all the cost upgrades reset, and locked any future ones, yet teh brick count of teh previous sesion carried over. Alot of work is needed to make it truly idle but a decent concept, lets put those bricks to work making buildings to produce more bricks without walking everywhere.
Can confirm crash issue as well, but good base concept. It does need a lot of refining to provide a lively incentive to progress. Something that changes and brings new mechanics as necessary to revitalize the players interest. Very easy to do in theory with garden based incremental games, sadly not many of them last very well or hold interest for too long. The trick is matching the equations to the players interest level and attachment to the game, . Making sure progress isn't stagnating, or going to fast is very hard to do and can make or break an investment in a game. Would be more than happy to watch this grow.
The game begins fun but becomes very unbalanced quickly. Prices suddenly skyrocket, most of the ruby purchase are either worthless or over priced. The game now basing itself entirely off the luck of buying upgrading and selling weapons, which works only in theory. The number generators are particularly unkind to certain people and it can get exasperating when you break 27 knights swords in a row at lvl 3. It needs some major balancing and revamping. There are not enough features to keep players driving on. Cross your fingers and upgrade to 5 and sell.
ALSO: Don't buy the black smith blessing, it has a 7 hour cool down and does nothing if the weapon fails. And it maxes out at lvl 1.
i've noticed my champion stops attacking sometimes for no explainable reason but as soon as I click on an enemy the attacks start coming through again.
None of the issues have been fixed. Game still crashes and freezes and all progress is lost. Fiery stream is the best spell and only one that nets you any real progress, upgrading anything else is pointless after getting all spells. Never got to see what crystals bring because the game keeps freezing and destroying the save.
I've noticed that money is only necessary to start the higher waves, after that it quickly becomes obsolete. The Jack in the box along with cool downs allows much faster weapon leveling than money can keep up with, about 900 levels every 10-30 seconds.
You can break your game, if you run out of money and have no boxes for sale, and not enough money to make cans....not sure if this intentional but it is certainly annoying
A small side note, I haven't tested all factions but it does appear that the angelic faction is by far the best. Very little money is made from your actual buidlings compared to what teh spells give, and the fact that you make nearly 5-7 mana a second near the progress wall allows you to cast the full combo of spells quite often and allow you to move forward at a snails pace, which is better than the general stagnant or nonexistent progress of other factions. The one downside is that all the bonus spells for most classes will never outweigh the call to arms and 7 taxes spells you can cast, which dwarfs the measly idle progression or teh tiny bonus from holy light and God's hand. God's hand only gives me 911% production bonus for 800 mana, where the call to arms gives me 444% for 300 mana. A lot of work needs to go into this to balance it.
It seems that all of the mid / early game buildings become a money sink with no real payoff. There might need to be some balancing done. I'm at the point where all of my income is coming from the 2 most expensive buildings, and the upgrades for the early / mid game buildings are more expensive than buying more of those buildings. I can spend 60 trillion to ad +100% to a building that gives me (.00329%) of my income.
Also as another note, it might be nice to add target selection ,something even as simple as color prioritization to optimize damage, so the levels don't drag and roll unfavorably at times.
I find some guns fall behind rather quickly, with the price vs damage. At no point so far has the particle gun or rocket been more dominant than the others. Even the spread rifle seems to struggle to keep up with the pistol and the flak gun around floor 50.
I have noticed after playing for a bit, the gold required to conquer a land is quite high. I will have the troop strength ready and would be able to conquer, but i have to wait a long time to get enough gold to conquer even basic nations with nearly 1mil darknights
I feel there should be something to help with the cap problem. The game settles into a set timeline grind that you can't avoid at certain points. (the wait to 2 million kills, or maxing training). Maybe implement a cap tier system at some point in the game or after x amounts of gods defeated the cap increases. However I am unsure if the cap is the physical limit of how fast the game can actually track those numbers.
Not sure what's going on but if you hover over the number of physical or mystic a second it says one number. But if you remove all your units and put them all back in after a while the number jumps and so does the speed it seems. Not sure what's going on there. Are we loosing progress or is it just an information glitch (a lack of update on the info).
Its a lack of update. The info is updated when you change the clones. But it also increases after getting achievements and then it the info doesn't update. I will fix this soon.
The laser hit pattern makes it impossible to use the max spawn rate when everything is maxed out. A wonderful game, but the maxing out of certain systems, while it encourages you too move on wards and upwards, it leaves all the hard work irrelevant and buried under a new system that takes just as long. Your main turret is no longer relevant and the black enemies just provide lag. there needs to be a way that the systems can still have some use even as you move on, it leaves certain parts obsolete. The upgrade system should be able to manage itself instead of leaving the player wanting to max out everything and being unable to. All and all a wonderful game but the ui could also use a little work. Especially with the new laser turrets, things get even more cluttered and chaotic in a hurry.
Fixed plenty of them in the latest patch, check it out, let me know if there are any others.
