First opening the game I have a complaint, the text!!! I understand it has an Egyptian feel to it but at least make it bold or a bit bigger.
Other than that, the game runs great!
Would love to see other improvements and stuff to do other than just smashing a button constantly.
Maybe you could make a need for other resources to build your pyramids, etc.
Love to see what you do with the game, but sadly for now it's a bit too minimalist for me.
Regardless 4/5 will come back to see updates!
Hey brownprobe sorry about all the people that fail to read the updates section, then continue to complain about what you already stated. :p Still super excited for the Big update! I have tons of suggestions that would liven up the game!
1. Some form of sprites! Not all games should just be letters and numbers!!
2. A reset system!!! Maybe with some kind of points that you could spend in a shop for a permanent % upgrade for your next go around!
3.A way to trade resources! (Maybe into a currency or just ratio'd out wouldn't mind it either way)
4. Multiple Creatures not just trimps!
5. Maybe you could pull an anti-idle and go HUGE with this (add multiple games into it spruce it up a ton)
6. Import/export feature based on usernames
7. Dynamic Hex values to prevent Data editing
8. Maybe some more imagery instead of the html5 bootstrapped look.
I cannot wait to see what you do with this game, it's unique and it looks super promising!
I really want to do this. The issue, however, is I'm saving save files with local storage, and I'm wanting to change my host to github. Since I wouldn't be able to access old save files from the new server, I would have to upload the new version as a separate game here so that people could still go back to this version, export their saves, then go to the new version and import, so the game would know how much of a bonus to give based on how far the player got. I'm not opposed to doing this, I'm just not sure yet if it's a good idea or not.
A reset system would be cool, maybe bonuses for different battle upgrade tiers, because it seems useless to have the old tier of an upgrade (E.x. Shield compared to boots) Maybe a reset points shop that could include % rate boosts for resources, etc.
Admittedly I didn't do such a good job balancing and fixing Kilroy. If you reload the game disperse should unlock, and if you hold off on leveling him for a bit, it should be less of an issue.
Beat it! 4/5 only because of the non auto ai option for your knights. Dark knight battle is too easy honestly. 1st battle (all walls) take 3 siege in the front 3 support in the back. 2nd battle use your default best build. 3rd battle (dark knight I brought heal clarity and banishment) frontline wall support wall backline support wall support. Use your walls on the two exposed siege knights, use your supports on the dark knight. You should win this battle pretty easily. GL out there!
Meth was nerfed too hard, Weed outscales everything until about prestige 1 where cocaine takes over. Even then weed still makes more money per second. Needs more balancing undo the meth nerf and boost cocaine or nerf weed harder and nerf cocaine so its more incremental. Or even add more drugs and change the price properties as well. Dropdown menu is not required as mentioned above so it would be a ton better and more optimized to have it as an icon replacement each time you upgrade it
