@ukos: hey... it's chinese new year, so i've been busy lately. but yea i do read the comments. firstly, you're right about the equipment bug, i'll fix it right away. and i'll see what i can do about the level 5 boss. thanks a lot for the feedback, i really appreciate it. :)
@starfly: seems to be a new bug. i'll fix it later and upload a corrected version. my apologies! on a side note, someone took the trouble to upload a youtube video of the final boss fight. so, er, thanks, to kisler0 (whoever u are...)
@boneless: the interceptor beam takes out missiles only. and you're right, because of its transparency, the timebubble was changed to an png image to speed things up.
ah... it's like that story of the old man and the little boy and the donkey and the.... nvm. :p suffice to say i've tweaked the difficulty back the other way, it's now more of a compromise. cheers everyone!
